Who We Are

Underground Video Technology, Inc. was founded by Arthur Gillespie in 2005. Arthur had sixteen years experience as Superintendent and Operations Manager in all aspects of underground utilities, water, sewer, gas, and electric prior to starting the corporation. He started the company to give our clients the highest quality performance at reasonable prices. Over that past 5 years we have added new services to fit our client needs. Most recently in 2008 we added No Dig Sag Removal and Flow Monitoring. Our standard of excellence has been rewarded by the continued loyalty of our clients over the past 5 years.
